five exercises helps to burn fat in the waist area


Some exercise, which helps to get rid of the rumen Put your hands behind your head and lift your head slightly to Top, kinesthetic feet alternately and bend your knees to become above the belly as it is shown in Figure
This exercise to burn fat in the lower abdomen and the abdominal muscle strain well (Repeat this exercise 10 times for each foot) The second exercise stretch, on your stomach and then lift your arms and legs at the same time as it is show the picture
This exercise is useful in pulling upper and lower abdomen (Repeat 10 times) Exercise III Sit on your chair and then Bend your knees and then open your legs together then Oaidehma to the first case As shown in the picture
Exercise fourth stretch, on your back then bend your knees kinesthetic knees back to the far right and once to the far left as it is shown in the picture
This exercise helps to burn fat in the waist area and tightening the muscles surrounding (Repeat 10 times) Exercise V As shown in the picture
This exercise helps to burn fat in the lower region of the abdomen (Repeat 10 times for each)leg
